I believe in the power of people’s strengths to overcome difficulties and make positive changes in their lives.  

 

I care deeply about people and about the alleviation of suffering. Counselling is about change. I use an integrative approach drawing on different theories, depending on the problem. I use person centred counselling, psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, TEAM CBT approaches and Positive Psychology.

I work flexibly and intuitively, believing that we are unique individuals, each with our own histories and hopes and that one size does not fit all.
