About Me
With over 16 years counselling experience I’ve worked across a wide range of settings including: addiction charities, the NHS, the Police and Firearms service, The Priory and in private practise. I have a background in residential mental health and children’s social services.
I'm an open minded person, generally interested in a wide variety of things but my abiding loves are; people, well-being, nature, justice, travel, music and good food!
I’m guided by a deep commitment to personal growth, justice, and a belief in striving to create a better world.
I believe life is about growth and development, and I see therapy as a powerful part of that journey — a space to reflect, heal, act and move forwards.
