Experienced, qualified and sensitive, I provide a safe confidential space to explore your situation, work through difficulties and find a way forwards or through.
I have spent my entire working life in the 'helping' professions and have considerable experience supporting people both with Social Services,Mental Health Rehab and counselling NHS and University staff. I have considerable experience in the Addictions field with a specialty in Alcohol issues/ Aspergers syndrome.
My approach is warm, collaborative, values driven and engaging. I have a good sense of humour and although, at times, we may use some forms and tools my approach is is informal and natural.
I'm an open minded person, generally interested in a wide variety of things but my abiding loves are; people’s lives, well-being, nature, justice, travel, music and good food!
