Experienced, qualified and sensitive, I provide a safe and very confidential space to explore your situation, work through difficulties and find a way forwards or through.
With over 16 years Counselling/Coaching experience I have worked for: 4 Addictions Charities: The NHS: The Police: The Police Firearms Service: The Priory: The NHS (staff counsellor working with staff of all grades ) and Private Practise.
Previously I worked in Residential Mental Health Rehabilitation and with the Children’s Team for Social Services.
My approach is warm, collaborative and values driven. I have a good sense of humour and although we may use some forms ,tools and podcasts as resources, You are the most important ingredient in the mix. I will strive to bring the best out in you. I never cease to be truly humbled by my clients in their willingness and ability to confront things and make big changes.
I'm an open minded person, generally interested in a wide variety of things but my abiding loves are; people, well-being, nature, justice, travel, music and good food!
